Een freelance UX designer inhuren met de juiste ervaring en vaardigheden, daar kan veel tijd in gaan zitten. Zelfs met een recruiter, want zij kunnen designers niet inhoudelijk beoordelen. Daarom startte ik Found UX.
Twee-in-één oplossing
Ik ontwikkelde een hybride aanpak voor UX designer recruitment waarbij ik naast het werven ook 95% van het inhoudelijk beoordelen van de kandidaten voor mijn rekening neem.
Het beoordelen van UX designers vereist specialistische kennis die je alleen kunt opdoen door het vak zelf uit te oefenen. Die ervaring hebben recruiters meestal niet.
Ik werkte aan apps, webapps, websites, design systems en fysieke producten voor meer dan 50 organisaties zoals Philips, Adidas, Schiphol en Rabobank.
Ik werf hoogwaardige kandidaten én neem 95% van de vakinhoudelijke beoordeling voor mijn rekening. Opdrachtgevers nemen meestal de eerste kandidaat 1 aan.

Tijdens het werven en beoordelen ga ik autonoom te werk. Direct na de intake werk jij ongestoord door. Tot ik een uitstekende match heb hebben we geen contact.
